Pull-ups

The best exercise for developing your back and will allow you to soar to new heights

    • Grab the Bar with fully extended arms, ensure you have a solid grip
    • From the bottom position pull yourself up, contracting your shoulder blades
    • Raise your chin to the top of the bar
    • Lower yourself slowly down to the starting position

    Can be done by all fitness levels.  
    Find a bar around shoulder height and seat down under bar and pull yourself up using your legs to help push you up
