Great little snack to help hit your protein goals and watch the waist line

Warrior Power Protein Balls


  • 150-170 grams (2 cups) mixed Museli, blended into smaller pieces
  • 175-190 grams (2 cups) of Warrior the Kitchen Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup of crushed Almonds
  • 2 Tbls Honey
  • Water (approx 500ml but amount needed to make mixture moist)
  • Almond finely crushed or desiccated coconut (rolling the balls into)



  1. In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients and make a well in the centre
  2. Add honey and mix
  3. Start adding the water until is mixed and forms a sticky consistent ball
  4. Tear small pieces off and roll in 2cm diameter balls and then roll in the almond/coconut 
  5. Refrigerate in an airtight container

Will make approx 25-30 balls
